探讨高校图书馆应提高应急处置意外损伤事件的责任意识和能力。应充分认识到图书馆等公共活动场所的各类意外伤害实施救援负有不可推卸的道义责任和法律义务,高校图书馆必须建立健全应急救助的相关制度,形成有效机制,并加强相关的常识教育和技能培训。

With the awareness that the library and other public venues have inescapable moral and legal obligations to conduct various accident rescues,university libraries must establish a sound system for emergency and a related effective mechanism to strengthen the relevant education and skills training so as to improve their ability to deal with emergency of accidental injury.
