国家开放大学体系中的网络平台建设研究——以内蒙广播电视大学为例

网络平台作为筹建中的国家开放大学核心支撑项目之一,建成一站式、开放式、可扩展的软件系统,形成四通八达、自成体系的国家开放大学网上校园。国家开放大学内蒙古分部校园网要按照网络可靠、可扩展、易维护的需求将网络平台按照三层架构来搭建,各盟市学院按内蒙古分部的网络架构配置网络设备。全系统各盟市学院网络结构可以分为三层,核心,汇聚,接入,层次清晰,扩容方便。国家开放大学建立一个完整的平台系统,需要有好多方面的技术支撑,不论是硬件还是教学资源,都需要全国各级国家开放大学分部和各级学院来支撑,每一个分部和学院都是网络平台最为基础的支点。

As one of the key supporting projects of the National Open University,network platform needs to be built as a one-stop,open and extensible software system to form a net campus which can extend in all directions.Modern distance education is one of the specific expressions of education informationization.We need to make the most of modern information technology,and integrate and develop high quality social education resources,and then deliver these superior resources to country,pasturing area,frontier region and minority nationality regions.It is necessary to provide better education service and opportunity for people of different education level,different age and different careers.The fundamental task of modern distance education is to promote education equality,to encourage reform innovation of education contents and methods,and raise education quality and management level.
