摘要
教育管理学是一门外来学科,考察其在近代中国发生发展的历程,可以唤起当前学科建设中应有的历史意识。通过学科知识进展与学科制度建构两个维度的分析,我们可以将近代以来我国教育管理学发展的历史概括为酝酿、诞生、初兴、自觉与沉积五个阶段。
Educational administration is a foreign discipline.This paper makes a positive inspection and study of the basic developmental course of the educational administration in modern China.It examines the disciplinary history of educational administration from two points of view.One is development of knowledge,and the other is construction of institution.Thus,it summarizes five characteristic stages of the disciplinary progress: the Gestation Period;the Naissance Period;the Preliminary Development Period;the Self-awareness Period;the Sediment Period.Though this paper,we hope to evoke the historical consciousness of educational administration in China.
