中国为金砖四国之首,中国的名字已经令世界瞩目,中国经济不断发展,GDP长期保持在较高的水平,在世界发展进程中,中国已经取得了很大的成就。但是,中国在整体经济发展中商品进出口贸易的比重很大,而服务贸易比重甚小,特别是服务外包业。在这方面,中国与印度相比,相差很大。印度在服务业,特别是服务外包业的发展,占世界整体服务外包业的比例非常大,而且成绩极其显著;而中国服务外包业的发展水平还很低。中国有些省市服务外包业的发展已经有所成就,其中服务外包协会的建设至关重要。黑龙江省通过建立一个良好的服务外包协会,对服务外包业的发展有一个支持,使服务外包业更上一个台阶,创造出良好的业绩,为黑龙江省的经济发展做出贡献。
