摘要
[目的]研究疏花蔷薇果不同极性溶剂的提取物的体外抑菌活性,寻找抗菌活性成分。[方法]采用微孔板法和稀释法研究疏花蔷薇果不同极性溶剂的提取物对变异链球菌和大肠杆菌生长及其生物膜形成的影响。[结果]疏花蔷薇果的乙酸乙酯提取物对变异链球菌的生长有一定抑制作用,不同极性溶剂的提取物对变异链球菌生物膜的形成均有明显作用;疏花蔷薇果不同极性溶剂的提取物对大肠杆菌生物膜的形成均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中,氯仿提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物的抑菌效果最强。[结论]疏花蔷薇果提取物对变异链球菌生长和大肠杆菌生物膜形成具有较好的抑制作用,值得进一步研究。
[Objective] To study the bacteriostasis in vitro of different solvent extracts from the fruits of Rosa laxa Ratz.and to find the antibacterial constituents.[Method] Microporosity plate method and dilution method were used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the extracts the fruits of R.laxa against the biofilm formation and growth of Streptococcus mutans and Escherichia coli.[Result] The ethyl acetate extracts from R.laxa fruits had certain inhibitory effects on the growth of Streptococcus mutans.The extracts of R.laxa fruits could obviously inhibit the formation of biofilm of Streptococcus mutans.The extracts of R.laxa fruits had inhibitory effects on the formation of biofilm of Escherichia coli,among which,chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts showed the strongest antibacterial effects.[Conclusion] Extracts from R.laxa fruits had relatively good inhibitory effects on Streptococcus mutans and Escherichia coli.;and further research was needed.
