摘要 [目的]研究大豆、玉米不同种植方式对土壤酶活性、土壤无机氮含量的影响。[方法]采用田间小区试验的方法。[结果]与单作相比大豆/玉米混作在0.05水平显著提高了土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶的活性和土壤无机氮养分的含量。土壤酶活性在整个生育期的动态变化是前期低,中期高,后期又降低。相关分析表明,土壤脲酶活性与土壤铵态氮呈在0.05水平显著负相关,与土壤无机氮呈0.01水平显著负相关。土壤铵态氮、土壤硝态氮和土壤无机氮与土壤蔗糖酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性和土壤多酚氧化酶活性未达显著相关。[结论]该研究可为大豆/玉米混作模式的发展和合理利用提供理论依据。 [Objective]The experiment was conducted to research the effects of soybean,corn planting pattern on soil enzyme activity and soil inorganic nitrogen.[Method] A field plot experiment was carried out.[Result]Compared with the monocropping,mixed cropping could significantly increase the activities of soil invertase,urease and catalase and the content of soil inorganic nitrogen.Soil enzyme activity was low at early stages,high at middle stages and declined at late stages of all growth stages.The correlation analysis showed that soil urease activities had significant negative correlation with ammonia nitrogen,and very significant negative correlation with soil inorganic nitrogen.There were no significant difference between soil ammonia,nitrate,inorganic nitrogen and activities of invertase,catalase,polyphenol oxidase.[Conclusion]The research of mixed cropping of soybean/corn would provide the theoretical basis for the reasonable promotion and development.
