林业低碳竞争力指标体系的构建及实证评价——以西南地区5省市为例

Construction of Index System for Forestry Low-carbon Competitiveness and Its Empirical Evaluation

在构建林业低碳竞争力指标体系的基础上,利用因子分析对西南地区进行了实证评价。结果表明,2010年西南地区林业低碳竞争力综合排名是重庆、四川、云南、贵州和西藏,进而提出了增强西南地区林业低碳竞争力的建议:加快林业产业结构调整,实现林业经济增长方式转变;重视林业科技工作,努力提升林业科技水平;重视林业分类经营,充分挖掘林业固碳潜力。

Based on the construction of index system for forestry low-carbon competitiveness,an empirical evaluation for southwest region was carried out by using factor analysis.The results showed that the rank order of forestry low-carbon comprehensive competitiveness in southwest region in 2010 is Chongqing,Sichuan,Yunnan,Guizhou and Tibet.Several suggestions were proposed to enhance the competitiveness,including speed up the adjustment of forestry industrial structure,transform forestry economic growth pattern;emphasis on forestry science and technology work,strive to enhance the level of forestry science and technology;pay attention to forestry classification management,fully tap the forestry carbon sequestration potential.
