城乡一体化背景下的义乌市“空心村”现象的原因分析及治理措施

Analysis on the Causes of “Hollow Village” Phenomenon and Its Control Measures in Yiwu City under the Background of Urban and Rural Integration

分析了义乌市新农村改造中出现的"空心村"问题的危害性,探讨出现该问题的真正原因,找到解决该问题的方法和途径,从而为提升义乌市农村居民的生活品位、促进农村经济和社会的可持续发展,加快新农村建设步伐,并为把义乌建设成为市域一体、布局合理、功能完善、统筹发展的现代化大城市奠定基础,对类似城市的新农村建设具有借鉴意义。

The harmfulness of ＂hollow village＂ phenomenon in Yiwu City which appeared during the process of new rural reconstruction is analyzed in this paper by discussing the real reason and solution methods of the problem.Furthermore,it can enhance the life taste of residents and promote the sustainable development of rural economy and the social.Besides,it also can accelerate the construction steps of new countryside.More importantly,it is a precondition to construct Yiwu City as a developing modern city which layout and function is reasonable and perfect respectively.Consequently,it has a profound significance to a similar city which new countryside has been recently constructed.
