摘要
[目的]利用响应面法对超声提取棉籽油的工艺进行优化。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,根据中心组合设计原理,采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法,选取超声提取时间、液料比和提取温度为随机因子,依据回归分析确定最优提取工艺条件。[结果]棉籽油超声提取的最佳工艺条件为提取时间35 min,提取温度38℃,液料比56∶6。采用该工艺条件,棉籽油的提取率可达45.81%,验证试验值为45.94%,与理论值相对误差为0.13个百分点。[结论]该方法优化了棉籽油的提取工艺,为棉籽油的进一步研究奠定了基础。
[Objective] To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of cottonseed oil by response surface methodology.[Method] Based on the single factor experiment,the response surface method with three factors at three levels was adopted according to the principle of central composite design.The optimum extraction conditions of extraction duration,liquid-solid ratio and temperature were determined by regression analysis.[Result] The best ultrasonic extraction conditions of cottonseed oil were 35 min of extraction duration,38 ℃ of extraction temperature and 56∶6 of liquid-solid ratio.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of cottonseed oil could reach up to 45.81%,with 0.13 percentage points from the theoretical value of 45.94%.[Conclusion] The method optimized the extraction technology and laid foundation for the further research of cottonseed oil.
