农民工参加新型农村合作医疗中的问题及对策分析——基于成都市温江区与金堂县的调查

Analysis on the Problems of the Participation of Migrant Workers in New Rural Cooperative Medical Care and the Countermeasures

采用重点调查及抽样调查相结合的方法分别对成都市温江区和金堂县的农民工进行问卷调查。了解了样本农民工参加新型农村合作医疗的现状,分析了农民工参加新型农村合作医疗中存在的问题,并提出对策建议:采用多种类型医疗保险;开设农民工异地通用报销点和缴费制度;公开透明报销比例;建立健全农民工医疗保障制度。

Using the combination method of key-point investigation and sample investigation,the questionnaire survey was conducted for migrant workers in Wenjiang District and Jintang County of Chengdu City.Thereby,the current situation of the participation of migrant workers in new rural cooperative medical care was known,and the problems in it were analyzed,finally,the corresponding suggestions were proposed,namely,using all types of medical insurance,setting up remote general reimbursement points and payment system,opening reimbursement proportion,establishing perfect medical security system for migrant workers.
