我国农村养老保障制度的精细化研究

介绍了我国农村养老保障的现状,分析了我国农村养老保障制度在执行过程中出现的一系列问题,很大程度上是由粗糙养老保障制度所致。粗放的农村养老保障制度的精细化是农村社会发展的内在要求,也是研究农村养老保障制度的新角度。提出了建立精细化的农村养老保障制,即精细的农村养老保障制度在内容上体现为全面和细化,在运行上体现为操作化和规范化,在设计理念上体现为人性化和理性化。

The status of rural retirement pension system was introduced,a series of problems have raised during the process of implementing rural endowment insurance system,which might be caused by the rough old-age pension system to a large extent.Intensification of the extensive rural retirement pension system is the inherent requirement of developing rural society,as well as the new observation dimension of the research.Intensive rural retivement pension system was put found,namely intensive rural old-age security system embodied in the content is comprehensive and detailed,and it is standardly operated,it is standard.In the design concept,it reflects the value of human and rationality.
