衡阳市“十二五”现代产业体系的构建研究

现代产业体系是一个地区经济发展水平和综合实力的重要标志。现代产业体系既注重"现代",它由现代工业、现代农业和现代服务业所组成;同时又注重"体系",强调三次产业间相互配套、相互融合、相互渗透、相互促进。本文通过对衡阳市"十一五"期间现代产业发展的现状及存在的问题进行分析的基础上,对衡阳"十二五"现代产业体系的发展重点和政策支持进行研究。

The modem industrial system is an important indicator of economic development level and overall strength of a region. The modem industrial system not only focus on modem, which consists of modem industry, modem agriculture and modem service industries ; also focus on system, stressed the three industries mutual support, mutual integration, mutual penetration and mutual promotion. This paper analyze the current situation and problems of Hengyang modem industrial development during eleventh Five-Year .Then study the development focus and policy support of Hengyang Twelfth Five-Year modem industry system.
