技术性贸易壁垒对青岛农产品出口的影响与对策研究

Influences and countermeasures of technical trade barriers on exports of agricultural products in Qingdao

随着多边贸易体制的发展,以技术法规、技术标准和苛刻的评定标准为主要内容的技术性贸易壁垒,已经成为限制发展中国农产品出口的重要手段。本文立足于青岛市农产品出口现状,有针对性地分析了技术性贸易壁垒对青岛市农产品出口的影响,从国际和地区角度阐释了青岛农产品出口受阻的深层原因,据此提出了相应的解决对策。

With the development of the multilateral trading system,technical regulations,technical standards and stringent assessment criteria for the main content of the technical barriers to trade,has become an important means to limit the agricultural exports of developing countries.This article bases on the agricultural export situation in Qingdao City,analyzes the impact of technical barriers on the export of agricultural products in Qingdao City,illustrates the profound reason which blocked the export of agricultural products in Qingdao from the perspective of international and regional,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
