摘要
对比单一住房供给体制下的闲置和过度需求模型产生的弊端,提出多元供给体制下的房地产供给-需求模型。结合我国不同收入层次结构家庭住宅购买力分析,提出多元化住宅供给的方式主要有:合理提供保障性住房;多渠道提供适合中低收入者购买的住宅;适当发展商品房等。
In contrast to the idle of single housing supply system and the malpractice of excessive demand model,we can propose the real estate supply of multivariate supply system——demanded model.Combined with the housing purchasing power analysis of China's different family income hierarchy,we can propose the diversification of housing supply means basically: providing affordable housing reasonable;providing houses for the low-income people through multiple channels;developing the commercial house properly.
