摘要
报道了四川松茸的地理分布、自然储量、发生季节、植被类型、菇体形态、色泽、香味等特点 ,及目前开发利用现状与存在的问题。提出持续开发利用松茸的具体措施。
This paper reviewed the characteristics of Tricholoma matutake, including its geographic distribution, natural reservoir, growth season, vegetational form, fruitbody form, perfume, and etc. The problems of sustainable exploitation and utilization of Tricholoma matsutake were discussed, and rational measures to solve these problems were proposed.
