摘要
目的:为生物医学实验研制一款通用的智能化药液稀释分配器。方法:运用可编程微控制器接收计算机指令,控制步进电机驱动芯片,对步进电机进行驱动。步进电机转动分配阀、通过丝杠同步传动结构推拉注射器进行药液稀释分配。运用光电传感器对注射器和分配阀位置进行监控,实现稀释分配器初始化及复位操作;比较单片机发送的运行指令与注射器、分配阀实时运行状态的误差给予纠正,以此为基础设计一款医用稀释分配器。结果:该稀释分配器能实现药液精密稀释分配,具有自动化、高精度和方便快捷的特点。结论:试验证明,整体设计紧凑,使用方便,性能可靠,为生物实验和临床配液提供了一种实用的先进技术手段。
Objective:To develop a general and intelligent liquid dilution device for biomedical laboratories.Methods:The programmable microcontroller,after receiving the computer instructions,controlled the chip of stepping motor then drove it.The motor pushed the dispensing valve directly or the syringe through the synchronous screw structure.Then the liquid was diluted and distributed.Photoelectric sensors,which was used to monitor the location of syringe and dispense valve,achieved the initialization and reset of the dilution.The dilution was corrected in view of the error between the instructions and the run-time status.Based on these,we designed a device for medical dilution.Results:The device achieved the dilution and distribution of liquid by the features of automation,high precision,convenience and efficiency.Conclusion:As an intelligent dilution device for laboratories,it has the advantages of structural compaction,convenient operation and good reliability.It can provide a precise dilution method for biomedical laboratories and clinical dilution.
