牛奶中β-内酰胺酶两种检测方法的比较

Comparison of 2 methods for detecting β-lactamases in milk

目的对牛奶中β-内酰胺酶的两种检测方法进行比较,探求准确、可靠和快速的检测方法。方法采用Unisensor试剂盒法和杯碟法对52份牛奶及奶制品进行β-内酰胺酶检测,通过试验比较两种检测方法的检出率。结果两种方法的β-内酰胺酶检出率的差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.33,P>0.05)。结论两种检测方法均可用于检测牛奶中β-内酰胺酶。

[Objective]To compare 2 methods for detectingβ-lactamases in milk,and find out a accurate,reliable and rapid method. [Methods]β-lactamases in 52 milk samples were detected by using Unisensor kit and cylinder plate methods.The detection rate of 2 methods were compared by the test. [Results]There was no significant difference of detection results between 2 methods（χ2=0.33,P0.05）. [Conclusion]Two methods are available for the detection ofβ-lactamases in milk.
