血液透析患者脂联素水平及其与营养状况的关系

Relationship between serum adiponectin and nutritional status of hemodialysis patients

目的探讨血液透析(MHD)患者血清脂联素(ADPN)与营养状况的关系。方法测定30例MHD患者血清ADPN、TG、TC、Alb和Hb水平,分析ADPN与其它几种指标的关系,并与健康对照组比较。结果 MHD患者血清ADPN、TG均明显高于对照组,Hb和血清Alb明显低于对照组。MHD患者血清ADPN水平越高,TG也越高,ADPN与TG呈正相关。ADPN与BMI、TC、Alb和Hb均呈负相关关系。结论 MHD患者存在明显的脂肪代谢紊乱和营养不良,ADPN可作为预测血液透析患者整体营养状态的一个有意义的指标。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between adiponectin and nutritional status of maintain hemodialysis（MHD） patients.Methods Serum adiponectin（ADPN）,triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,albumin（Alb） and hemoglobin（Hb） levels were detected in MHD patients.Association between ADPN and other indexs were discussed.Results Levels of ADPN and TG were significantly higher than those in controls;levels of Alb and Hb were significantly lower than those in controls.Higher serum ADPN level,higher TG,ADPN were positively correlated with TG and negtively correlated with BMI,TC,Alb and Hb.Conclusions There is significantly disorders of fat metabolism and malnutrition in MHD patients,ADPN can serve as an index for evaluation of the whole nutrition status of MHD.
