股骨粗隆间骨折手术内固定术中护理观察

Observation on nursing internal fixation operation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture

目的探讨股骨粗隆间骨折几类手术内固定术中护理优点。方法回顾性总结了65例股骨粗隆间骨折内固定患者手术护理配合观察,然后对其手术配合观察给予分析。结果 65例手术顺利完成,取得较好的手术效果,术中观察解剖型锁定接骨板固定操作相对简单,术中护理配合亦较DHS、DCS固定简单。结论解剖型锁定接骨板(LCD)固定在出血量、手术时间、操作简易性及术中护理上优于DHS、DCS固定,有利于缩短手术时间,防止手术并发症。

Objective To discuss nursing advantages of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with internal fixation for several kinds of operation.Methods Retrospective summary of 65 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with internal fixation operation nursing of patients with observation,and then the operation with observation analysis.Results 65 cases of successful operation,good operation effect,intraoperative anatomical locking plate fixation with relatively simple operation,intraoperative nursing care than the D H S,DCS fixed simple.Conclusions Anatomical locking plate（LCD） fixed in the amount of bleeding,operation time,simple operation and intraoperative nursing care is superior to DHS,DCS fixed,will shorten the operation time,prevent operation complication.
