通过对城乡结合区的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的患者进行长期家庭氧疗的调查分析,给予相应的护理对策,使患者及家属真正认识到长期家庭氧疗对COPD患者的重要性,从而提高病人对家庭氧疗意义的认识,达到吸氧的目的,最终改善患者的缺氧状态,提高患者的生存质量和时间。

The paper tried to survey the long-term home oxygen therapy on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and give the appropriate care strategies,so that patients and their families got a truly recognition of the importance of long term oxygen therapy in patients with COPD,and to improve the patients＇ understanding of significance of the family oxygen treatment,to achieve the purpose of taking oxygen measures,and ultimately improve the patient＇s conditions of hypoxia and improve the life quality of the patients.
