摘要
声表面波(SAW)滤波器的设计需对单端对谐振器建模。该文提出了一种新的基于ADS线性矩阵模型的声表面波单端对谐振器模型,并给出了主要参数的推导过程。借助新模型成功设计了一个中心频率为1GHz、带宽为30MHz的声表面波带通滤波器,其插入损耗小于4dB,带外抑制大于30dB。设计过程表明,采用新模型设计声表面波滤波器可做到操作性强、简单、快捷。
In SAW filter design,it is necessary to develop a model of one-port resonator for circuit simulation.In this paper,the method of constructing SAW one-port resonator model based on ADS linear array model is proposed,and the key parameters for this model are derived.A SAW band-pass filter example with center frequency of 1 GHz,bandwidth of 30 MHz,insertion loss of as low as 4.0 dB,and 30 dB side-lobe suppression has been designed based on new one-port resonator model.Design processes show that it is simple and maneuverable for the design of SAW filter using new model.
