摘要
压电贾卡是经编机实现提花功能的关键部件,在纺织工业中得到迅猛发展。该文介绍了目前国内外压电贾卡的发展概况和基本工作原理,并采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对压电贾卡选针片的偏转特性进行了分析讨论,得出了陶瓷片和基板的外形尺寸对偏转位移的影响关系,并通过实验对所得结论进行了验证,为压电贾卡的设计和优化提供理论依据和方法。
The piezoelectric Jacquard is a key component of the warp knitting machine and has been developed rapidly in the textile industry.The domestic and overseas development state and the basic principles of the piezoelectric Jacquard have been introduced in this paper.The deflection characteristics of the knitted-selecting element of piezoelectric Jacquard have been analyzed and discussed using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The effects of the piezoelectric layer and the form size of middle elastic beam on the deflection displacement have been investigated.The obtained results have been verified through the experiment.It provides a theoretical basis and method for the design and optimization of piezoelectric Jacquard.
