摘要
通过一个纵向实验研究检验教师负面声誉对学生评教结果的影响。结果表明:负面声誉会使得学生评教结果产生显著偏差,而且由于晕轮效应,学生对课程内容等相关方面的评价也产生偏移,从而影响了学生评教结果的有效性。文章最后指出了研究结果对学生评教的实践意义,提出了有效管理声誉偏差的对策建议。
This paper examined the teacher's negative reputation effects on students" evaluation of teaching and its mechanism through a longitude experimental study. The results showed that the negative reputation lead to significant deviation of the students" evaluation of teaching and the halo effect amplified this process,spilling over to student's appraisal of curriculum contents and other related aspects. Meanwhile,implications for using students" evaluation and teacher's reputation management strategy were discussed.
