养阴活胃合剂治疗萎缩性胃炎40例

Yang yin huo wei Mixture in treating 40 cases of atrophic gastritis

目的:观察养阴活胃合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组:40例采用养阴活胃合剂治疗。对照组:40例予西药治疗。两组治疗前后均进行胃镜和病理检查。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为92.5%和62.5%(P<0.05)。治疗组病理改善情况也明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:养阴活胃合剂是治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效方药。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of the yang yin huo wei mixture on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Method：80 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group （40cases） and a control group （40cases）.The patients of the treatment group were treated with the yang yin huo wei mixture, the patients of the control group were treated with western medicine. Two groups changes were examined by gastroscopy and pathological examination, medicine.Results：The treatment group and the control group in the total rate was 92.5% and 62.5% respectively （P〈0.05）.The treatment group pathology also significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： yang yin huo wei mixture is effective prescription in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis
