儿童前牙外伤的处理

前牙外伤是口腔急诊中的一种常见病种。前牙外伤经常导致前牙的折断、移位或缺失,对患者的口腔功能、美观、语言以及心理方面都会造成不良影响,影响患者的生活质量。尽管不能保证使受伤的牙齿永久保留,但根据患者年龄,受伤程度等具体情况进行及时适当的处理以及后期随访治疗,可以最大限度地保留患牙。本文就近年来乳牙及年轻恒前牙外伤的处理方法进行总结。

The anterior dental trauma is one of the commouly encountered dental emergencies. Anterior dental trauma results in fractured,displaced,or lost anterior teeth and this could have significant negative functional,esthetic, speech and psychological effects on children thus affecting their quality of life. Although it is impossible to guarantee permanent retention of a traumatized tooth, timely treatment and follow up of the tooth using recommended procedures according to the patient age and severity of injury can maximize the chances for success.This re- view examines the recent trends in the management of anterior dental trauma to t）rimarv and vounz r^ermanent teeth.
