精索静脉曲张患者手术前后精液质量及精子形态变化的研究

Research on varicocele patient semen dilution quality and sperm shape changebefore and after surgery

目的探讨精索静脉曲张患者手术治疗前后精液质量及精子形态的变化。方法选择我院泌尿外科精索静脉曲张患者70例,分别在手术前和手术后进行精液常规分析和精子形态学分析。结果 70例精索静脉曲张患者手术后精子密度、活率和A级精子活力百分率较术前明显提高,精子畸形率明显降低,两组差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论精索静脉曲张可对男性生殖功能产生不良影响。

Objective： Discuss the varicocele patient seminal fluid quality and sperm shape change before and after surgery.Methods： Chooses our uropoiesis surgical department varicocele patient 70 examples,separately do the seminal fluid routine analysis and the sperm morphology analysis before the surgery and after the surgery.Results： The 70 example varicocele patient＇s sperm density,living rate and A level sperm activity percentage increase obviously after surgery.The sperm abnormal rate reduce obviously,two groups of differences have the significant significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Varicosity may have the adverse effect to the masculine reproduction function.
