皮肤针加氦氖激光治疗神经性皮炎的疗效观察

Effect of Skin Needle Combined with Helium-neon Laser on Neurodermatitis

目的:观察比较皮肤针加氦氖激光与单纯用氦氖激光治疗神经性皮炎的不同疗效。方法:试验组45例予皮肤针加氦氖激光治疗神经性皮炎;对照组45例予氦氖激光治疗神经性皮炎。均隔日1次,疗程为4周。治疗前和治疗后对比观察疗效。结果:试验组治疗后皮损面积、皮损程度、瘙痒程度、苔藓化程度积分及总积分均低于对照组;有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:皮肤针加氦氖激光治疗神经性皮炎是目前较好的方法之一。

Objective：To compare the efficacy differences between skin needle combined with helium-neon laser and simple helium-neon laser in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods：The test group had forty-five patients,treated with skin needle combined with helium-neon laser;the control group had forty-five patients,treated with simple helium-neon laser.Treated every two days for four weeks.Observe the efficacy before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the test group had lower every point and total points than the control group;the efficiency was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion：The skin needle combined with helium-neon laser is a good treatment for neurodermatitis.
