蜂针疗法易学难精,必须掌握蜂针的刺法。探讨了蜂针的各种治疗方法,有活蜂直刺法、散刺法(拔针散刺法、蜂体散刺法)、点刺法(挤毒囊点刺法、多位点刺法)、减毒蜂针法(速刺速拔针法、移针蜂刺法)、蜂针丛集式刺法(散点丛集刺法、直刺丛集刺法)、自动蜂针法等。多种刺法在临床上要灵活使用。从多方面探讨了蜂针刺法的选取,强调要因人而异、因体质而异、因时而异、因部位而异、因病情而异。深刻体会蜂针刺法与过敏反应、临床效应的联系,使病人在接受蜂刺同时,减轻痛苦,提高疗效。

It indicates that acupuncture methods of honeybee-acupuncture are easy to learn but difficult to master,and it is important to master technique of bee-acupuncture.Many kinds of treatments of bee-acupuncture were discussed here,including live bee sting method directly,scattered needling method（scattered needling method with the pulled out bee-needle;many prompt piercing method with live bee）,or disperses punctures method（swift pricking method by squeezing toxicyst,or swift pricking method on many different acupoints）,bee-acupuncture by reducing poison（bee-acupuncture by swift piercing needle and pulling it out,bee-acupuncture by removing needle）,bees clustered puncture needle method（clustering method with many points by many bees,or clustering method of direct piercing acupoints）,poison-reduced method（moving the needle sting method,or the fast sting and fast remove acupuncture needle method）,automatically needling method by bee-acupuncture and so on.Many kinds of needling methods need to be used flexibly in clinic.The selection of bee needling methods is discussed in different aspects,which should be decided by different persons,property,timing,location and situation.It＇s necessary to study the relationship of bee-acupuncture method with allergic action and clinical effect,and to observe pain-relieving with the bee-acupuncture and enhance the effect.
