Tile Masonry of Semi-circle Pavilion Helical Roof in Huo Yuanjia Memorial Hall

天津霍元甲纪念馆半圆攒尖螺旋瓦屋面采用计算机放样,深化设计空间屋面造型,确定了瓦件规格和瓦垄间距,并等差分块制作;施工时将屋面合理分区,分段控制屋面曲线及囊度走势,注意瓦件铺设安全、牢固及保护瓦件下的卷材防水层,从而保证了屋面的施工质量和艺术效果。

The computer-aided lofting is adopted in the Huo Yuanjia Memorial Hall project in order to design roof image further and determine the tile specification and intervals between rows of tiles on the roof. The roof should be divided into proper sections so as to control roof ridge lined. The tiles should be safe and firm after installation and the waterproofing membrane layer is well protected so that the construction quality and artistry of the roof can be guaranteed.
