With the development of the enterprise,the managers know that the stability of the talents and group harmony play an important role in the realization of organization strategic targets.The requirements for employees have changed from the skills of the external knowledge to the deep internal system.At the same time,the employees focus on the realization of their own value,harmonious interpersonal relationship and equal personality.In order to achieve the win-win goal of both sides,the enterprise must improve the comprehensive quality of practitioners,gradually improve employee relationship management functions and keep key staff to let them play their own values.
