摘要
聘用实习生不仅可以弥补短期缺工,更重要的是可以发现和培养企业的后备人才,为企业储备优秀人才,这已成为企业实施发展战略的重要手段之一。企业应构建实习生绩效考核指标体系,加强对实习生的绩效考核,为企业加强对实习生选拔留用、培训、薪酬等方面的管理提供了依据。
Hiring interns not only can compensate for short-term lack of work,more important is to discover and cultivate the enterprise back-up personnel,and reserve the talents of corporate,which has become an important means for the implementation of development strategies.Enterprises should build intern performance evaluation index system,to enhance the intern??s performance appraisal,and provides a basis for enterprises to strengthen management of the intern of selection,retention,training,compensation and other aspects.
