Differentiation and Treatment for Chronic Pelvic Pain Based on Damp and Blood Stagnation

慢性盆腔疼痛病症为妇科的常见难治疾病,瘀血内阻为本病病机已得到共识。根据本病中、西医学病因病理基础,结合临床与实验研究情况,认为湿瘀内结是其关键病机,也是病情缠绵难愈、反复发作的病理基础。因此,治疗当以化瘀除湿、行气止痛为主,解除湿邪与瘀血胶结之势,阻断因果相干的恶性循环。

Chronic pelvic pain（CPP）is a hotspot and intractable gynecologic disease.It＇s acknowledged that blood stagnation is the essential pathogenesis.According to the etiology,pathogenesis,clinic and experimental research,we think damp and blood stagnation are the main pathogenesis and also the reason for its repeated attack.So the treatment should disperse damp and promote blood circulation to break the vicious circle.
