从行气活血化瘀论治皮下脂肪瘤的临床体会

The Clinical Experiences on Treating Subcutaneous Lipoma by Promoting Qi and Activating Blood

目的:观察行气活血化瘀法治疗皮下脂肪瘤的疗效。方法:皮下脂肪瘤临床多见,以"行气活血化瘀"立法,起到行气散结、化瘀消肿的功效。结果:用桃红四物汤加味内治皮下脂肪瘤,取得满意临床疗效。结论:行气活血化瘀法是治疗皮下脂肪瘤的有效手段。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Subcutaneous Lipoma by the therapy of promoting Qi and activating Blood together with dissolving stasis.Methods：Subcutaneous Lipoma was quite common in clinical and the principle of treatment was promoting Qi and activating Blood together with dissolving blood stasis which had the function of promoting Qi and eliminating stagnation as well as dissolving blood stasis and detumescence.Results：We had got a satisfactory efficacy by using the modification of Taohong Siwu Decoction as the basic formula in clinic to deal with Subcutaneous Lipoma.Conclusion：The method of promoting Qi and activating Blood together with dissolving blood stasis is effective to treat Subcutaneous Lipoma.
