六棱菊的生药学研究

Pharmacognostic Study on Laggera intermedia C.B.Clarke

目的:建立六棱菊的生药鉴定方法。方法:利用植物形态、性状、显微、理化鉴别的方法。结果:六棱菊茎皮层存在大型裂隙,茎、叶表皮细胞均有大量非腺毛及少量腺毛存在。结论:为六棱菊药材的鉴别及质量标准制定提供依据。

Objective To establish the research method about Laggera intermedia C.B.Clarke.Methods：Plant morphology,morphological identification,microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification of this plant were described and illustrated.Results：Large cracks existed in the stem cortex,plenty of non-glandular hairs and few glandular hairs were observed on the surfaces of stem and leaves.Conclusion：The study can be taken as the reference for identifying the species and laying down quality standardization of the crude drug.
