白芷提取物欧前胡素镇痛作用实验研究

Study on the Analgesic Effect of Imperatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica

目的:考察中药白芷提取物欧前胡素的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠扭体法、热板法和大鼠足跖定压刺激法考察欧前胡素的镇痛作用。结果:镇痛实验显示,欧前胡素有延长扭体反应潜伏期、减少扭体次数的作用;对热板法痛阈值无显著影响;在提高致炎足痛阈值的同时,对正常足痛阈值无影响。结论:首次证实欧前胡素有镇痛作用,其镇痛部位可能在外周。

Objective：To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of Imperatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica.Methods：The analgesic effect was investigated by writhing test on mice,hot plate test and constant pressure stimulation test on rat voix pedis.Results：The analgesic effect of Imperatorin was found in writhing test,but not in the hot-plate test.In constant pressure stimulation test,Imperatorin could significantly increase the pain threshold of rat inflammatory feet,but failed to increase the pain threshold of rat normal feet.Conclusion：The analgesic effect of imperatorin is proved for the first time,which may be peripheral.
