摘要
目的为了解北京市大兴区用人单位对职业卫生知识及宣传工作的需求,为今后更好地开展职业病防治宣传工作提供依据。方法设计调查问卷,现场调查10个行业的434名劳动者和136名管理者。结果劳动者和管理者最喜欢的3种宣传品为主题宣传画、知识手册和报纸专刊,最关心职业病危害因素对健康的影响及防治措施和劳动者享有的权力,最感兴趣的前3位的宣传方式为专题培训或讲座(29.41%,23.27%)、电视(23.53%,24.19%)和文字类宣传资料(16.91%,25.81%)。38.25%的劳动者和55.88%的管理者认为应加强在视听渠道的宣传,增加社会关注程度。结论应开展多渠道、多形式的职业病防治宣传工作,提供简单生动、通俗易懂的文字性宣传资料。加强视听渠道的宣传和职业病防治知识的专题培训,提高劳动者的自我保护意识和企业的管理水平。
[Objective]To provide evidence for understanding the occupational health knowledge and publicity requirements of employing units in Daxing District of Beijing City,and provide evidence for better implementation of occupational disease prevention and publicity. [Methods]A total of 434 workers and 136 managers from 10 industries were investigated by self-designed questionnaire. [Results]The workers and managers' favorite 3 publicity materials were the theme posters,knowledge handbook and newspaper special issue.They most concerned about the health effects of occupational hazards,control measures and workers' rights.Their favorite top 3 modes of publicity were special training or seminars(29.41%,23.27%),television(23.53%,24.19%),and text promotional materials(16.91%,25.81%).To strengthen publicity in audio-visual channels and to increase degree of social concern were supported by 38.25% of the workers and 55.88% of the managers. [Conclusion]It is necessary to carry out occupational disease prevention publicity through multi-channel and multi-form,with simple,vivid,easy to understand text promotional materials as well as strengthening publicity in audio-visual channels,special training of occupational disease prevention knowledge,and improving workers' awareness of self protection and management level of enterprises.
