阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征心钠素与肾上腺髓质素的临床分析

Clinical analysis of atrial natriuretic polypeptide and adrenomedullin in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

目的探讨不同程度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者心钠素(ANP)及肾上腺髓质素(ADM)的变化水平及临床意义。方法对64例OSAS患者行多导睡眠图检测,根据呼吸暂停低通气指数分为轻度28例、中度20例、重度16例,检测血浆ADM及ANP水平。结果在不同严重程度的OSAS中,ADM与ANP呈逐渐增高趋势;直线相关分析ADM及ANP呈正相关(r=0.55,P<0.05)。结论 OSAS的程度越严重,ANP及ADM水平越高;ANP及ADM可能通过同向增高的一致性对OSAS进行代偿。

Objective To evaluate the changes and significance of atrial natriuretic polypeptide（ADM）and adrenomedullin（ANP）in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS）.Methods Apnea hypopnea indexes（AHI）were assessed by polysomnography for patients with OSAS and divided into light group,moderate group and severe group.ADM/ANPs were examined.Results The values of ANP and ADM increased basing on different AHIs.Linear correlation analysis showed that ANP was correlated positively with ADM（r=0.55,P0.05）.Conclusion With the more severe state of OSAS,the values of ANP and ADM were much higher,the degree of ANP and ADM increasing could compensate for OSAS.
