摘要
为了提高早期雷达终端系统的可靠性,采用同种插件互用、CMOS升级、操作系统裁减、通信防雷、系统还原和CF卡升级等措施,解决了雷达终端系统各功能模块之间相对独立、互相不能通用,CMOS用户设置信息丢失,操作系统健壮性差、串口通信故障以及CF卡读写较慢等问题。该方法在雷达整机上得到验证,极大地提高了插件的可靠性和可维护性,可以进一步推广使用。
In order to improve the reliability of radar terminal system,adopt several approaches,for example,interchange plug-in each other,update CMOS,cut out OS(operating system),Telecommunication lightning protection,OS self-recovery and replace CF card.Solve the compatibility of plug-in,the user setting information missing of CMOS,the poor robustness of OS,malfunction of serial communication and poor read/write speed of CF card.These methods have been tested in whole radar system,improved the reliability and maintenance of plug-in greatly,which can be applied further.
