摘要
测定了以 4种粉状活性炭 ,1种胶粘剂及 5种多孔质基材为原料 ,在 4种不同的胶炭比下制得的胶炭混合物和活性炭成型物的主要吸附性能及胶接强度 ;分析了原料活性炭以及基材的主要性质对活性炭成型物的吸附性能及胶接强度的影响 ,得出原料活性炭的吸附能力和孔隙发达程度与活性炭成型物的吸附能力和胶接强度有着密切的关系 ,表面官能团的数量对活性炭成型物的胶接强度未观察到明显的影响 ;
The main properties of adsorption and gluebond strength of activated carbon forming composition ,which were made by use of 4 kinds of activated carbon and a kind of adhesive and 5 kinds of perforated holding ,have been measured.The effects of the property of activated carbon and perforated holding on activated carbon forming composition have been analyzed .It is concluded that the properties of adsorption and gluebond strength of activated carbon forming composition have a close relation with the property of activated carbon and perforated holding.
