摘要
西方身心二分美学的根本问题在于主客二分。禁欲主义哲学(尤其是神学)与唯理论哲学是其两大来源。它导致对审美生活原初现象的肢解与扭曲;最为典型的例子是黑格尔美学。在知识体系上,这种"身心二分"的美学偏重于解决以"符号"作为媒介的"艺术美学",但是后者既无法解决经由视觉、听觉通道而来的身体感现象,更无法解决属于造物美学范畴的自然美与日用品的设计美中存在的复杂身体感问题。
The fundamental problem in Western body-mind dichotomist aesthetics lies in the subject-object division.Asceticism(particularly ascetic theology) and rationalism are the two provenances of this aesthetics.This aesthetics distorts and mangles the pristine phenomena of aesthetic perceptions;Hegelian aesthetics is its most typical form.Epistemologically,this body-mind dichotomist theory is inclined towards dealing with art as mediated through "signs",but the aesthetics of art cannot explicate sensory phenomena channeled through the senses of vision and sound or explicate the natural beauty found among creatures,nor can it solve the complex problems arising from beautiful designs in items of daily use.
