摘要
分别以铝酸钠、硅溶胶为铝源和硅源,采用两步水热晶化法合成Na型Y/β复合分子筛,采用XRD和TG-DTA等方法对其结构进行表征,并对其吸附脱氮性能进行研究,优化工艺条件。结果表明,Na型Y/β复合分子筛具有Y型沸石和β沸石的特征,复合分子筛在烘箱150℃晶化4天,焙烧温度控制在550℃焙烧4 h效果最佳。吸附温度40℃、吸附时间4 h和剂油质量比1∶20为最佳吸附工艺条件。
Using sodium aluminate and ludox as aluminum and silicon source, NaY/Beta composite molecular sieve was synthesized by two-step hydrothermal synthesis method. The as-synthesized composite molecular sieve was characterized by XRD, TG-DTA and its performance of adsorption denitrification was also investigated. The results showed that NaY/Beta composite molecular sieve possessed the structure characteristics of Y and β zeolites and exhibited the best effect of adsorption denitrification under the syn- thesis condition of crystallization at 150 ℃ for 4 days and calcination at 550 ℃ for 4 h, and optimum ad- sorption process condition of adsorption temperature40℃ for 4 h and the adsorbent/oil mass ratio 1: 20.
