自动复位运送车的设计

摘要 从节能减排,减少燃油插铲设备尾气对工人工作环境污染,努力改善厂房或车间工作环境的基点出发,阐述了利用工序产品自重实现在工序间的转运,同时将工序半成品的重力势能部分地转化存储,待工序半成品运送到位卸下后,释放存储的能量使运送车依靠重力势能自动复位的设计思路和初步设计方案。 Based on energy saving and pollution reduction and improving working environment, the paper elaborated the design method and preliminary scheme for automatic reset transportation vehile. The part' s transportation between processes can be realized by using part self-weight in process. At the same time, the gravitational potential energy of semi- finished part in process can be partly transformed and stored, and when the semi-finished part is transported to assigned position and unloaded,the stored energy can make the transDortation vehicle automatically return.
