摘要
当一个人出现了自己难以解决的心理问题或情绪困扰,向精神卫生和心理咨询机构求助,称为寻求专业性心理帮助。综合有关研究文献的特点,以开放问卷调查为基础,借用一套信效度较高的中学生专业心理求助态度问卷,重点采取的被试均为高三年级中学生,然后在调查分析的基础上探讨了中学生专业心里求助态度的特点及其与羞耻感、问题认知的关系。研究结果表明:①中学生对寻求专业心理帮助的态度存在显著的地域差异和学科类别差异;②中学生专业心理求助态度与性别不存在显著相关,这是与以往研究中的不同。
When people were subject to some psychological problems or emotional obsession they can not solve them by themselves, so they would seek help from the mental hospital or psychological counseling center, which was called seeking professional psychological help. This research first adapted the Attitude toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help questionnaire with high reliability and validity was constructed by factor analysis. With the adapted ATSPPH, this article investigated middle school students＇ attitude toward seeking professional psychological help （ATSPPH）, and explored the characteristics of middle school students＇ ATSPPH and the relationships of ATSPPH, stigma and problem cognition. The results indicated： 1） ATSPPH demonstrated significant differences in subject and in school＇ s location. 2） ATSPPH was not correlated with gender,that＇ s different from other researches.
