为提高导弹发射车的安全性和可靠性,通过对发射车关键部件的分析,确定了监测和管理对象。根据系统的目标,确定了总体结构及技术框架,优化系统监测参数及监测手段,设计系统硬件总体方案,建立发射车健康管理模型,并介绍了各组成模块功能。该系统可借助各种数据处理技术来诊断系统自身的健康状态,并预测故障发生的准确时间、准确位置,触发准确的管理活动,有利于提高管理和使用效率。
The object monitored and managed of launch vehicle is determined through analyzing key components for improving security and reliability of missile launch vehicle.According to the object health management model of launch vehicle made general structure and technology framework,optimized monitoring parameters and means,designed hardware scheme and introduced function of compositions.The system can diagnose system own health state by adopting sorts of technology of data processing,predict exact time and accurate position of fault,trigger accurate management activities.The system is beneficial to improve efficiency of management and usage.
