摘要
本文利用^(125)I标记的抗IL-2R_α单克隆抗体,探讨了rIL-2对IL-2R_α的调节作用。结果显示,rIL-2除可增加已活化的T淋巴细胞IL-2R_α表达外,高浓度情况下可直接诱导休止的PBL IL-2_α表达,表达高峰在第5天以后,B_(maxc)为7200位点/每细胞。高浓度IL-2诱导的PBL ~3H-TdR和~3H-UR掺入水平与IL-2_α表达量呈正相关,表明高浓度rIL-2通过诱导IL-2_α表达而引起休止细胞的增殖。
Using ^(125)I-labeled anti-IL-2R_α McAb, we investigated the effect of rIL-2 R_α expression . In addition to increasing the IL-2 R_α expression the actived-lymphoblasts, we found that the higher concentration of IL-2 also directly induced the IL-2 R_α expression on the resting PBL, but the peak was at the 5th day. After treated by a higher concentration of IL-2, there was a positive interrelation of time courses between the incorporation of ~3H-TdR and/or ~3H-UR and IL-2 R_α level on resting PBL. This result indicated that it was by means of inducing IL-2 R_α expression that the higher concentration IL-2 caused the proliferation of the resting PBL.
