摘要
引风机出口烟道布置不合理,会引发流动阻力增加、脱硫效率降低等一系列问题。针对新疆某电厂炉后布置紧凑、引风机出口汇流烟道流动紊乱的情况,采用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)对引风机出口汇流烟道进行了数值模拟,并通过加设导流板的方式优化了流场,得到了较好的效果。
Due to unreasonable arrangement of flue behind induced draft fan(IDF),there are some problems in terms of a flow resistance increase and a desulfurization efficiency decrease.According to the phenomenon of compact arrangement of boiler tail section and flow breakdown of conflux flue behind IDF in a power plant of Sinkiang,the conflux flue behind IDF was numerically simulated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD),and some splitters were used for flow field optimization with good effect.
