摘要
风荷载是间接空冷塔承受的主要荷载,与同等容量机组的湿冷塔相比,间接空冷塔塔体规模较大,受风荷载的影响也更大。在塔筒外表面加肋可以增加其表面的粗糙度,有效降低风压分布系数,从而减小塔筒、支柱及环基的内力。结合工程实例,对加肋与无肋2种结构形式间接空冷塔的风压分布系数、结构受力特性及局部稳定性进行计算、分析,为间接空冷塔的结构设计提供理论依据。
Compared with the wet cooling tower in same capacity units,the indirect dry cooling tower has larger structure size and more sensitive to wind pressure,which is the primary load for tower.The external surface roughness of tower cylinder was increased by strengthening ribs,with decreases in the distribution coefficient of wind pressure and the internal forces of tower cylinder,diagonal column and circular foundation.Combined with practical work,distribution coefficient of wind pressure,forced character and local stability of indirect dry cooling tower with ribs were calculated and analyzed compared with those of tower without ribs,which can provide theoretical basis for structure design of indirect dry cooling tower.
