摘要
循环水泵是火力发电厂的主要耗能设备,冷端优化是发电企业节能工作的一项重要内容。在循环水系统设计和循环水泵选型阶段,采用不同容量循环水泵进行优化配置,可以获得更加灵活的循环水流量组合以适应机组需要的冷却水量。通过不同容量循环水泵配置方案和目前循环水泵主要节能方法之间的比较,说明所选方案能够实现循环水泵的节能调节。若在2×1000MW机组中应用该配置方案,节能效果尤为显著。
Circulating water pump(CWP) is the main power consumption equipment and the cold end optimization is one of the important energy-saving items in fossil fuel power plants.The optimized allocation of CWP with unequal capacity in design stage can obtain a more flexible flow combination in order to meet the required cooling water of unit.By comparing the present energy-saving methods of CWP with the selection of CWP with unequal capacity,the scheme presented in this paper can achieve the energy-saving regulation of CWP,which will bring about a striking energy-saving effect by applying to 2×1 000 MW units.
