The Red-culture: Its Fundamental Characteristic,Realization and the Modern Enlightenment

新民主主义革命时期存在着不同甚至相互对立的文化,以人民性为根本特征的红色文化之所以从弱小发展为主流文化,就在于通过思想、实践和制度文化的良性循环,使人民群众充分感受到了红色文化是为了人民、依靠人民的真诚。在现阶段,社会主义文化建设遇到了实践文化、制度文化对思想文化之间一定程度的背离。要消除这种背离,必须以制度文化建设为核心,规范权力运作过程的实践行为,让民众越来越充分感受到社会主义文化为了人民和依靠人民的真诚。

There were many different cultures in the new democratic revolution period.The reason why the Red-culture,with affinity to the people as its fundamental characteristic,making itself from a minor culture to a mainstream culture,is nothing but the benign loop formed among its ideology,practice and institution,from which the people have experienced the sincerity of the Red-culture＇s aim-for the people and dependent on the people.At present,the socialist cultural construction has met with some deviations of practice and institution to ideology.To eliminate the deviations,the construction of the institution is indispensable as a core,in order to normalize the power behavior and make the people fully feel the sincerity of the socialist culture＇s aim.
