目前,我国许多水库仍存在着施工技术落后、防洪标准偏低,而且达不到相关规范要求,工程老化等情况;这样就形成了大量的病险水库,其危害严重地威胁着下游人民的生命及财产安全。因此笔者就牡丹江市天长山水库病险的基本情况,阐明了除险加固的必要性。

The construction technique of water reservoir in our country was still unperfected with lower flood -prevention standard and can not meet the demands of relevant criterion, which caused many damage reservoirs that seriously threatened people＇ s life and property safety. The author puts forward the necessity of Tianchangshan reservoir reinforcement in Mudaniiang city according to the base conditions of it.
